About The BIO Agency

BIO is a business innovation and experience design consultancy.

We help businesses fundamentally change how they operate for the better by designing empowering and engaging experiences based on real human behaviour. We work end-to-end, from exploring and validating a business idea, through to execution of the service or product experience.

Role Summary

We’re looking for an established Business Analyst to join us and take on the challenge of defining, shaping and delivering our end clients product visions.

The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role throughout the project life-cycle, working closely with internal & external stakeholders to capture requirements and customer needs, translate them into specifications and work closely with a delivery team as they build and deliver the successful solution.

Our ideal candidate will share our passion and commitment to delivering truly meaningful customer experiences. Which means you’ll be encouraged, and expected, to be forever curious and challenging. You need to ask Why. And How. Not just What. We firmly believe by doing this we can identify new opportunities and deliver innovative work, which is appropriately architected, well scoped and delivered to the highest possible level of quality.

Our projects cover many  industries, work methodologies, deliverables and clients so your primary focus will depend on the projects we are working on:  You may act as a squad Business Analyst on a scaled agile framework project, you may lead a project or you may support on a CX led project.  You will be expected to work on any or all of the stages of the SDLC. At times, you may be asked to support on other projects and work with the Business Development team if they require BA support during the sales process, so adaptability is a must-have.

If you relish a challenge, have energy for continual improvement and a logical mindset which creates simple solutions to complex problems, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
